We are offering the following quantum discounts, both for ad-hoc translations and on a monthly basis:
10.000 words ore more: €0.135 per word
25.000 words or more: €0.13
50.000 words or more: €0.125
75.000 words or more: €0.12
100.000 words or more: €0.115*
*A rate of €0.12 per word is minimum for some languages.
Key clients will be assigned with a Project Manager. This Project Manager can be contacted on Skype/MSN/phone for any reasonable request or question within reasonable office hours.
At this stage, all clients ordering our services on a regular basis, or clients ordering large projects, are considered key clients.
We will deliver the translations in the format of your choice with no extra charge (HTML, XML, XLIFF, Word, Notepad, GMI, DAT, etc.) as long as the format does not cause significant inconvenience for us (which it usually does not).
Included in the price is also normal proofreading. Sometimes the text will be proofread to excellence by the original translator, sometimes by another professional translator if we feel this is needed. Bottom line is that we will strive to give you perfection and we will take the necessary action in order to come as close to perfection as possible at all time.
Reaching perfection is very much a matter of communication before and after a translation is delivered.
We cannot stress enough the importance of us understanding exactly what is your message, before we instruct our translators how to translate your text. What is your target group? Are there any links? Do you want us localize the time or do you want us to keep it in your time zone? Are there any other things you want us to localize according to cultural aspects of the different countries and languages? What about currencies? Are there any legality issues you need to consider in the country of the language you want your text translated into? It is crucial that you, as an iGaming operator, and us, as a provider of translation services, communicate thoroughly before a text is handed over to our translators and consequently your customers.
The after process is easier to describe: You simply provide us with the links to the pages and the newsletters where the translated text has been inserted, and our translators and proofreaders will open them and make sure that everything looks as it should.
As long as you allow us to, we are also interested in discussing the whole process and finding any room for improvements in order to get closer to.
We also offer additional proofreading of the original text. This is perhaps a good idea if the language your author is using is not their native language.
Not all of us are writers and not all companies have professional marketing personnel available. There is a thin line between proofreading and copywriting. If you feel the message in your original text is the way you want but perhaps not 100% correct, you should choose the alternative for additional proofreading. If you feel your original text needs a trip to the language surgeon in order to tailor its message, readability and originality, you should opt for our copywriting service. When opting for this service, it is sufficient that you give us some keywords and instructions regarding how you want the final product to appear.
